About
Liu Siyu is a cross-media artist and award-winning designer whose current work focuses on themes of death and human spiritual health. With a rich background in digital visual communication and design, her projects explore the profound aspects of mortality and wellness. Having founded and directed the HXW Interactive New Media Lab, Liu has consistently pushed the boundaries of creativity and interdisciplinary collaboration. Her work is also deeply influenced by her experiences in motherhood, bipolar experience, social study and her volunteer efforts in palliative care, bringing a unique and empathetic perspective to her art. Through innovative narratives, Liu invites viewers to reflect on the interconnectedness of life and the spiritual journey, making her exhibitions a thought-provoking experience.
